In the re-born Priory St Ansgar we focus on taking care of our Sisters and Brothers and recruiting new Serving Sisters and Brothers. We are now 25 members and aiming for 50 before the end of this year and 100 to the end of 2019. If every member can recruit one more member we will gain our goal.
We have a special ceremony for all new members including a short speech to each new member, a serving Sister/Brother certific
ate and a pin with our white cross.
Every new member has an appointed mentor among the Knights and Dames and has annual feedback and evolvement talk with the mentor.
Every new Serving Sister and Brother is also registered with a full CV for our coming digital platform and “KnightsIn” system. The pictures are from our first ceremony at my house in June. We welcomed four new (and old) Serving Brothers.
After the casual ceremony we had dinner together and talked about the bright future for priory St Ansgar.
