In November 2024, the Grand Priory of Germany was honoured to participate as an Observer at the United Nations Summit on a Mine-Free World in Cambodia, reflecting our enduring commitment to humanitarian service and the protection of vulnerable communities.

Representing the Order, H.E. Vinzenz von Holle joined international delegates in dialogue on victim assistance, risk education, and sustainable clearance efforts that restore safety, dignity, and opportunity to those living with the legacy of landmines.

Our presence affirmed the Grand Priory’s support for collaborative action with governments, NGOs, and local partners, and included signing a joint statement endorsing the worldwide implementation of the Convention.

During the summit, our delegation also met with the Japanese Minister for Foreign Affairs, the Japanese Ambassador to Cambodia, and the Apostolic Nuncio to Switzerland, strengthening bonds of cooperation and shared purpose.
